1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 48 hours after order is fulfilled.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If tracking information shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors and your local post office.

Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

You may file a claim with the carrier. We will assist with documentation if needed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Damaged Items
